About the Opportunity

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Intake Administration Officer to join the busy Western Sydney Family Referral Service based at Mt Druitt and Rouse Hill, providing services to 8 LGAs from Auburn to Katoomba.

The successful candidate will perform administrative as well as intake, referral and assessment of clients. Some of the core functions will include delivering quality customer service, providing effective administrative support, maintain data collection systems/records and contribute effectively at all levels of the organisational.

The Western Sydney Family Referral Service (WSFRS) is unique among the RANSW programs. Funded by the NSW Department of Health, the WSFRS is part of the Keep Them Safe initiative designed to support children, young people and their families linking them to support services across 8 local council areas in the Greater Metropolitan area of Sydney.

This is a fixed term, full time contract until 30 June 2018 with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will need to be available to work 7.5 hours a day, Monday to Friday between 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. The annual base salary for this position is between $47,896 - $57,316 (for 5 days per week), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. This will be negotiated with the successful candidate being dependent on their level of experience, training and qualifications.
